LUXURY CONCIERGE
Your time, seamlessly taken care of.
Our Luxury Concierge service provides personalised support for property owners and guests staying in private residences and luxury properties across Portugal.
The service can be combined with our Property Management, allowing us to care for your home while also preparing and coordinating every detail of your time in Portugal. From pre-arrival arrangements to private chefs, transfers, restaurant reservations, wellness, experiences and trusted local services, everything is tailored to your preferences and lifestyle.
For properties already being used to generate rental income, Luxury Concierge can also be provided as a standalone service, adding a personalised layer of hospitality to the guest experience. Velvet Key works alongside the existing property owner, manager or rental operation, taking care of guests’ individual needs while complementing the management already in place.
Whenever possible, we begin preparing each stay before arrival, understanding individual preferences, anticipating needs and ensuring everything is in place from the moment the guest reaches the property. Throughout the stay, we remain a single point of contact, coordinating requests with discretion and through a carefully selected network of trusted partners.

At the heart of the Velvet Key experience is your Private Facilitator, a single trusted point of contact who understands your property, your preferences and the way you live.
Rather than leaving you to coordinate different suppliers, professionals and services, your Private Facilitator brings everything together. From matters concerning your property to arrangements surrounding your stay and everyday life in Portugal, we coordinate the right people, follow each request through and ensure that nothing is left unresolved.
Over time, this relationship allows us to understand your routines, anticipate needs and make increasingly informed decisions on your behalf, always within the level of involvement and trust you are comfortable with.
